BnB La Vela, Bed & Breakfast in Amalfi

It's located in 20~30 minutes by bus from Amalfi, but the view from there and from the bus are very beautiful! The staff are very very nice and kind, I really apriciate them!! The room is clean and nice with cheap price. I'll stay there if I go to Amalfi again. Highly recomended!!

Very nice hostel. Breakfast was basic, sweet cakes, and packeted toast.Furore is the only fjord in Italy which made the drive up to this hostel exciting and fabulous views over the coast. We had a view of Capri from our room. The only drawback is the fact that you have to get a bus from Amalfi which departs about every hour. So if you miss one you have a bit of a wait! Unless of course if you have a car. Especially nice if you want peace and quiet and away from the chaos! of Amalfi. Not too far from the beautiful town of Ravello - reached also by a bus connection from Amalf1. Highly recommend this trip. So La Vela is good if you want peace, understand the bus service is hourly, or if you have your own transport.

Personnel super sympathique. tres belle vue de la terrasse! Vous devez prendre le bus jusqua Amalfi et ensuite prendre un bus pour Agerola, il y a un arret a Furore, juste devant l'hotel. Je recommande dans hésitation!

the day after our booking he called us to say the price on hostelsclub weren't right. the real one was exactly double! He seemed very afraid and promised to give back our 10% of the booking on our card. Ok... I've waited for it until now. I wrote him to remember it. I think 10 days later is enough to leave this rating.
